Ealing offers many different Linear Stages, to be selected by range of travel and size of positioner platform. Our linear stages are constructed from a combination of steel and aluminum to provide a light weight stage with performance approaching that of an all steel design. The hardened steel ball bearing slides are individually adjusted and tested during assembly.

The Ealing linear manual translation stages are supplied with either a high resolution thumbscrew or a precision micrometer with a calibrated scale, and can be motorized by replacing the micrometer with a linear actuator or by choosing one of our motorized stage packages.
